Which versions of Cleopatra can you play online?

There is more than one Cleopatra in US online lobbies, and each has its own rules screen. Check the exact name before you compare features or payback.

• MegaJackpots Cleopatra. The same base game with a progressive jackpot added. • Sequels. Cleopatra II, Cleopatra Gold and Cleopatra PLUS are separate games with their own rules and RTPs, not settings of the original.

How does Cleopatra play?

You set a line bet and choose how many of the 20 lines to play, and line wins pay left to right from the first reel. Cleopatra stands in for every symbol except the Sphinx, and any win she completes is doubled. The Sphinx pays as a scatter wherever it lands, multiplied by your total bet.

What happens in the Cleopatra Bonus?

Three or more Sphinx anywhere on the reels award 15 free spins, played at the same line bet and lines as the spin that triggered them. Every win in the bonus is tripled, except the five-Cleopatra award, and three more Sphinx add another 15 spins, up to 180 in one bonus.

What does Cleopatra pay back?

IGT’s rules file for the standard online game states an RTP of 95.02%. MegaJackpots Cleopatra states 92.48%, and its rules explain that a fixed share of every bet feeds the jackpot. Figures can differ between jurisdictions, so the number on the rules screen of the game you open is the one that applies.

Casino floors work differently: each casino chooses the payback setting for its machines from options IGT offers, and no per-machine figure is published. The 95.02% describes the online game only. Where is Cleopatra legal to play online?

The evidence is at operator level. As of October 2026, Caesars Palace Online’s Cleopatra page offers New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia in its state picker. IGT’s online division also supplies Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, but we found no operator page confirming Cleopatra in those three states, so we do not list them.
