Where to play 88 Fortunes online: states, versions and the Jackpot Festival

You can play 88 Fortunes for real money online in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia as of October 2026. Light & Wonder’s studio page tags the main game for New Jersey and West Virginia, and Rush Street Interactive brought it to Pennsylvania in 2020 after it had become the most popular of more than 550 slots on its New Jersey site. Michigan, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island are not confirmed.

Which 88 Fortunes games are online, and where?

Three online games with the name have US evidence, and each has its own:

The West Virginia entries rest on the studio’s own state tags, and we have no confirmed date for either. Light & Wonder’s US listing for the main game shows a 96% RTP, but the studio builds other settings for other markets, so a casino may run a different version.

Pennsylvania shows why the studio tags are incomplete

Light & Wonder’s page for 88 Fortunes has no Pennsylvania tag, yet the game is there. InterGame reported on April 1, 2020 that Rush Street Interactive had become the first Pennsylvania operator to offer it, through BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse, after it ranked as the most popular of more than 550 slots on PlaySugarHouse in New Jersey.

So a missing tag proves nothing either way. It is the main reason the states below are listed as unconfirmed rather than ruled out.

The Jackpot Festival progressive in New Jersey

88 FORTUNES Jackpot Festival is a wide-area progressive version that runs at Caesars in New Jersey on Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming platform. At G2E in October 2022, Light & Wonder said its US online wide-area jackpots premiered with this game.

Its first jackpot came in 2023: Caesars announced on June 1 that a player from Edgewater, New Jersey had won $308,914.50 on a $2.64 spin. No other state is confirmed for the Jackpot Festival version. How the four jackpot tiers and the Jackpot Festival work covers the mechanics.

States where 88 Fortunes is not confirmed

• Michigan: no 88 Fortunes tag and no operator report. Its sister game from the same Duo Fu Duo Cai family, Dancing Drums Prosperity, is tagged for Michigan on its 96% version, which shows the family has reached Michigan even if this title is unconfirmed there.
• Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island: no evidence for any 88 Fortunes version.
• Maine: tribal online casinos became legal in January 2026, but as of October 2026 the state was still writing its rules and no site was live.

Lobbies change, and the studio’s list is partial, so search “88 Fortunes” in the casino’s lobby while you are in the state. On the rules screen, check the exact title (Megaways and Jackpot Festival are separate games) and the RTP the casino shows.

Who can play

In the three confirmed states and the rest of the legal seven, real money requires you to be 21 or older and inside the state’s borders while you play, which the casino checks by geolocation. Residence does not matter; location does. Any site taking real-money slot bets from a state without legal online casinos is not licensed there. Our responsible gambling page has the helplines and self-exclusion programs.
