Where to play Double Diamond online: what is confirmed and how to check your state

The firmest evidence puts Double Diamond online for real money in New Jersey: as of October 2026, Borgata Online, a New Jersey operator, publishes IGT’s rules file for the game. Bally Casino, which operates in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, also has a Double Diamond page showing a 95.44% RTP, but it does not say which states carry it. For Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware we found no operator listing, so the reliable way to know is to check the lobby yourself, as set out below.

What the evidence shows

Why so thin? IGT’s online division lists seven US states (Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and West Virginia), which shows where it supplies games, not which titles each casino carries. The state regulators publish lists of licensed casinos, not lists of approved games, and we found no public per-title list from New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan. Borgata also operates in Pennsylvania, but its help pages name no state, and Bally’s page says only that game availability is subject to state regulations.

5. Read the RTP on that screen. Borgata’s rules file gives 95.40% and Bally’s page 95.44%, possibly two configurations. Whatever figure your casino’s screen shows is the one that applies.
6. Recheck later. Lobbies change, so a game present one month can be gone the next.

The states with no evidence

Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware all have legal online casinos with IGT content, and none is confirmed for Double Diamond.
